Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All orders are packaged with care from my studio in Portland, Oregon!
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination. I currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage and First Class.

Processing time:

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

During busy periods or shop updates, processing may take slightly longer — I’ll always communicate if there are delays!

Packaging details:

Small orders of only stickers and sticker sheets will be shipped in kraft envelopes to reduce shipping costs.

Orders containing only flat items including art prints will be sent using Rigid Mailers.

Domestic shipping (U.S.):

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

International shipping:

International shipping is available! Delivery times vary depending on location, usually 2–4 weeks. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at lanamooart@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to make it right — either by sending a replacement (if available) or issuing a refund!

For lost packages, please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an item has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier (USPS). I’ll gladly help you start a missing mail search with USPS if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade or printed in small batches, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there’s a problem with your order (such as damage or the wrong item sent), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package, and I’ll help resolve it!

Sustainability

Whenever possible, I use recyclable or reusable shipping materials and minimize plastic packaging. Thank you for helping me keep my small business eco-friendly!
